How do I place my order?
Start by clicking on the “Add to cart option” given by the product you wish to buy . Adjust the number of items and then click on “Checkout”. Then fill out your contact information and address in the given form and then finally click on “Place Order”. Once you have placed your order, you receive an email as confirmation.
Or you can simply Click on "Buy Now Option". Then fill out your contact information to place your order immediately
If there are multiple items ordered, will they be delivered at the same time? If not, then will the payment be in portions or otherwise?
In cases where multiple items are ordered, typically we ship all the items in one package. The payment for the order will always be in full at the time of delivery. Customers will be notified in case of any exceptions, and payments will be adjusted accordingly.
What are the delivery charges?
Free delivery on all orders inside Pakistan. For international orders, Shipping Charges depend on the delivery location and package weight
How may I get assistance with my online order?

Is my personal information kept secured?
All payment and shipping data presented by our clients is kept secure and classified. Only approved personnel have access to this data.
How shall I make a payment?
There are two ways to pay your bill
a. Cash on Delivery (COD): You can pay cash at the time of delivery when rider come to deliver the order
b. Direct bank Transfer: You can pay to our bank account directly, details will be shared when clients placed order and choose DIRECT BANK TRANSFER option.
Is there any confirmation required to get my order through?
After you have placed the desired order, we follow up by calling the customer on the provided phone number. This process only helps us to improve our delivery system. Please note Good Will holds the right to process your "Cash on Delivery" order without order confirmation for regular customers and/or during a period of high volume that includes sale, season launches and other promotions.
How do I know that my order has been confirmed?
Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. However, the order would be shipped only when payment verification is complete (in case of online payments) or telephonic verification of shipping address has been carried out (in case of Cash On Delivery).
I have just received my order and there is issue in size, how can I get it exchanged?
You can get in exchanged in line with company exchange policy (Please refer to Return and Exchange section) or contact our customer service department for assistance.
What if there is an error while placing the order?
Kindly take a screenshot of the page where you experience the error, or copy the error message and send it to support@goodwillstore.com.pk for further assistance.
How can I find a specific product I am looking for?
All our products come with a unique product code/name. Simply enter the specific code/name in the search option available on the website and it will help you find the product of your choice. If you do not receive any results, this means the product is not available anymore.
How long will delivery take?
Local order delivery can take between 3-5 working days, and International delivery can take between 10-15 working days; depending on the size and availability of the product. However courier companies take time for villages. Orders are processed within 24 hours and are generally scheduled for delivery the following working day. Timely delivery is subject to availability of stocks and payment authorizations. In certain cases, we might request for some form of payment verification or source to process the order.
During SALE delivery time is upto 15 working days
I just finalized my order but I still have not received the order summary?
You may experience a few minutes delay after you have placed your order and before you receive the order summary. You should also check your "Spam" inbox, as the message may have been delivered there depending on your email settings. If you still have not received an email, please contact Customer Service. They will verify that the order has been successfully placed and will correct your email address if necessary.
Can I get the shipping/billing address of an order changed after it has been processed?
It is only possible to change the address of a processed order before it has been dispatched. Please call us or email at support@goodwillstore.com.pk and check if your order has been dispatched or not.
If an article is out of stock, how can I be informed about its re-arrival?
please call our Customer Support helpline, and we will be more than happy to try and arrange the article you require.
How do I redeem a Gift card or discount code?
To redeem a promotional code, simply type in or copy the code into the ‘Gift card or discount code’ text bar on the checkout page.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours. We typically ship orders by 3 pm on the next working day after the order is placed.
