Payment Method:
** There are two payment methods to place your order
- Cash On Delivery (COD) pay the amount at the time of delivery
- Advance payment directly in bank account (NON COD)

Return/Exchange Policy:
- Items can be exchanged or returned within 10 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags/labels attached.
Minor Defects or Damages:
- For minor defects or damages during delivery, discounts may be offered instead of exchanges or refunds.
International Orders:
- Different procedures apply to international orders. Customers need to contact customer support.
Return Process:
- Customers need to email the company with the reason for return/exchange and order number.
- The process takes 10-14 working days.
Refunds/Exchanges:
- Refunds are issued once the returned order meets the specified conditions.
- Exchanges involve the customer returning the old product to the company’s rider.
- its your responsiblity to return the order in orignal condition to our warehouse.
Product Availability:
- Customers will be informed if ordered products/services are not available. Alternatives may be offered or the order may be canceled.
Order Acceptance:
- Order acceptance occurs upon dispatch of the product(s) or commencement of the ordered services.
Order Cancellation:
- The company reserves the right to cancel orders due to various reasons, such as unavailability of products or incorrect prices.
Delivery:
- Delivery may be split if part of the order is delayed or unavailable. Customers won’t be charged extra for additional delivery costs.
Terms of Service Revisions:
- The company may revise its terms of service without notice.
