Payment Method:

** There are two payment methods to place your order

  1. Cash On Delivery (COD) pay the amount at the time of delivery
  2. Advance payment directly in bank account (NON COD)

Return/Exchange Policy:
  1. Items can be exchanged or returned within 10 days of purchase.
  2. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags/labels attached.

Minor Defects or Damages:
  1. For minor defects or damages during delivery, discounts may be offered instead of exchanges or refunds.

International Orders:
  1. Different procedures apply to international orders. Customers need to contact customer support.
Return Process:
  1. Customers need to email the company with the reason for return/exchange and order number.
  2. The process takes 10-14 working days.

Refunds/Exchanges:
  1. Refunds are issued once the returned order meets the specified conditions.
  2. Exchanges involve the customer returning the old product to the company’s rider.
  3. its your responsiblity to return the order in orignal condition to our warehouse.

 

Product Availability:
  1. Customers will be informed if ordered products/services are not available. Alternatives may be offered or the order may be canceled.

Order Acceptance:
  1. Order acceptance occurs upon dispatch of the product(s) or commencement of the ordered services.
Order Cancellation:
  1. The company reserves the right to cancel orders due to various reasons, such as unavailability of products or incorrect prices.
Delivery:
  1. Delivery may be split if part of the order is delayed or unavailable. Customers won’t be charged extra for additional delivery costs.
