IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Guidelines:

  1. Any article purchased can be exchanged/returned within 10 days of purchase
  2. The returned/exchanged item must be unused, unworn, unwashed with original tags/labels attached to it.
  3. In case of minor defects or damages during delivery Good Will can offer discount only rather than exchange or refund
  4. This is only applicable for orders delivered within Pakistan, for international orders please contact our customer support team and we will try to help you out in a possible way.

Refund Process:

  1. We take 10-14 working days for the process
  2. If you request for a return the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) it will be returned back to you using the same method once we receive the returned order back from customer’s side and confirmed that it meets our stated condition above. Customers are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us. (We will return your payment through Bank Transfer or easy paisa)

Exchange Process:

  1. If you request for exchange our team will send you new product and you have to send back that old product to our given location.
